3 Days from Marrakech to Fez

Day 1: Marrakech – High Atlas – Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate – Dades Valley

Early departure from Marrakech heading south, crossing the High Atlas via the spectacular Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2,260 m). Along the way, we make stops to enjoy panoramic views and take photos.

We visit the iconic Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Morocco’s most important monuments. We then continue to Ouarzazate, known as the “Gateway to the Desert”, passing by the Taourirt Kasbah.

In the afternoon, we continue to the Dades Valley, passing through the Roses Valley and traditional Berber villages.
Dinner and overnight stay at a charming hotel or riad.

Day 2: Dades Valley – Todra Gorges – Erfoud – Merzouga (Sahara Desert)

After breakfast, we head to the stunning Todra Gorges, a natural canyon with vertical walls, perfect for walking and enjoying the surroundings.

We continue to Erfoud, famous for its fossils and as a key gateway to the Sahara. From here, the landscape gradually changes until we reach Merzouga, where the magnificent Erg Chebbi Dunes begin.

In the afternoon, enjoy a sunset camel ride into the desert. Experience a magical sunset among the dunes before arriving at the camp.
Traditional dinner, Berber music, and overnight under the stars.
Accommodation in a desert camp (standard or luxury option).

Day 3: Merzouga – Ziz Valley – Midelt – Cedar Forest – Fez

Wake up early to admire the sunrise over the desert, one of the most special moments of the trip. After breakfast, return by camel or 4×4 vehicle to Merzouga village.

We begin the journey north toward Fez, crossing the Ziz Valley, known for its extensive palm groves. Continue to Midelt, located between the Middle and High Atlas, where we stop for lunch.

In the afternoon, we pass through the Azrou Cedar Forest, home to the famous Barbary monkeys, before arriving in Fez at the end of the day.
Tour concludes with transfer to your accommodation.
